Getting started
What is the difference between a Buyer and a Seller?
Buyers look for skills and post jobs. Sellers offer services and send proposals for relevant jobs. Choose your role when creating an account.
Can I browse before signing in?
Yes. Published services, available jobs and public profiles can be browsed without signing in. Account actions require authentication.
Services and review
Does opening a service page place an order?
No. Service pages describe scope and package terms. They do not provide checkout or create a booking, payment or funded contract.
Why is my service not visible?
Drafts, pending reviews, changes-requested, rejected and paused listings are not public. Publication requires a current recorded approval and an active Seller account. Check your listing history after signing in.
Can I change a published service?
Changed content returns to draft and needs a new review. The platform blocks changes where connected non-terminal work must be protected.
Does listing approval verify my identity?
No. Listing review is separate from account evidence or credential review. Publication does not imply official verification.
Feedback and collaboration
Where do service-page ratings come from?
They come from the Seller's completed marketplace contracts. They are not fabricated testimonials or service-specific booking reviews. A Seller without completed-contract reviews has no rating history to show.
How do I agree work with a Seller?
Use the existing job, proposal and message workflow. Read How it works for the steps.
Where can I get account guidance?
Visit the Help center, log in, or use the password reset page.
